When does my order ship?

What shipping carriers do you use?

For Freight Shipments: FedEx Freight, XPO Logistics, Saia, Titan Freight Systems

For Smaller Packages: FedEx

How long will it take to get my order once shipped?

Due to new procedures and safety policies implemented as a result of COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays. There is no way to guarantee delivery dates at this time, however on average deliveries are taking roughly 5-10 business days depending on the distance between your location and our facility. Ask your sales representative for a transit estimation.

What are the shipping rates?

Our product is highly customizable therefore the price of shipping fluctuates depending on your order. Our sales representatives will be able to provide you a quote for your dream dome.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will email you your tracking details with a link.

International Orders

Customs Fees – We require our customers to hire their own customs broker to assist with clearance. Your customs broker will be able to determine the customs duty and tax required to clear your shipment.

How can I make changes to my order?

Talk to your sales representative if you would like to make changes before your dome ships. If you would like to make changes after your dome has shipped, give us a call and we will do our best to assist you with your needs.
