My Account

How do I open an online Store Account?

It’s easy! Your first step is to sign up for an account by visiting Pacific Domes Store on our website. You will see the option to login or register. Fill-in the fields with your email address and password. Then, click on the blue button to continue. Once you’ve created an account, you can select the login option and enter your email and password for recurring visits to Pacific Domes Store.

Your account is *password-protected. Your customer details, such as, address information will be pre-filled from stored information to support your purchasing experience and during checkout. * Read Pacific Domes Privacy Policy.

You can also use the Chat option (located on the lower right-hand corner) to speak with Customer Support and they will be happy to assist you.

How do I manage my account?

If you have already created an account, select the login option. After logging into your account, select account settings to add or edit your account information. When you create your account, you can set your customer account preferences / reset your passwords or disable your account

You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. The password reset link is temporary.

Note: Only one email account can be associated with an account at any given time. You can change the email associated with an account by editing your customer profile.

Online Store Checkout & Payment Options

The online store checkout process begins when you click on the Buy Now button or the shopping cart button. In order to complete the checkout process, you will need to follow the prompts and fill in the fields with required information. Clicking continue takes you to the next step.

When making an online store purchase using a credit card, the following fields must be completed: The card type/ Card number/ The system automatically validates your card number/ Cardholder name/  Expiration date/ Security code.

* Note: When making an online store purchase and paying with a credit card, if the shipping address is different from the billing address you must provide this information by completing any additional steps in the appropriate fields.

When do you charge my card?

Your card is charged at the time your online store purchase is completed. That said, if your online order is unable to be completed for any reason, our Customer Support specialists will be happy to assist you in completing your online purchase.

Making Changes to your order

Can I make changes to my order?

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong information at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. It’s our goal to make your purchasing experience as seamless as possible. If it’s still early in the order process, you can contact us to find out if we can edit your ordered items or change your delivery. As long as your order is still in the open for changes status and hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it. A change order may be used to request changes to an existing order. Please read Pacific Domes Terms and Conditions.

Shipping & Return Questions

How long will it take to process my order? 

Our standard Production Schedule is 4-6 weeks (for each dome) from the date that you place an online Store order / or place an order with one of our Customer Representatives and a 50% deposit is received. *Due to the current Covid-related climate, our lead time is approximately 8-weeks starting from the day we receive your order or a down payment is received.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Due to new procedures and safety policies implemented as a result of COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays. There is no way to guarantee delivery dates at this time, however on average deliveries are taking roughly 5-10 business days depending on the distance between your location and our facility. Please contact our Customer Support for a transit estimation.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For the online store, we currently only offer XPO setup as the shipping method. 

What are the shipping rates?

Our products are highly customizable; therefore, the price of shipping fluctuates depending on your order. 

We can provide you with an estimated shipping quote over the phone prior to purchasing. Once you’ve placed your order, we can provide you a more exact shipping quote. For additional information, please read our Shipping & Returns Policy

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details and provide you with a tracking link. Feel free to contact our Customer Support specialists with troubleshooting any order related issue or questions.

International Orders & Customs Fees

A frequently asked question is, “do you ship to Canada or other countries”? Yes, we can ship outside of the USA, but the costs vary greatly with the size of the dome. Duty and import taxes are the responsibility of the dome purchaser. Shipping timelines vary for ocean and airfreight. When you’re ready to order, we can give you a shipping quote.

Pacific Domes warrants its Products against defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) calendar days from the date the product is shipped. In case of defect Pacific Domes, at its sole option, shall repair or replace the Product. Additional information provided in our Dome Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty.
