According to the EMF Academy, aluminum reduces EMF radiation by absorbing or scattering the photons as they pass through. Reflectix is made of two outer layers of aluminum foil, bonded to a tough layer of polyethylene, two inner layers of insulating bubbles which resist conductive heat flow and EMF. The Reflctix is then sewn between two layers of elegant white fabric and attached to the inside of the dome frame. A Reflectix curtain is offered with each dome liner.
